Ai Kawazoe was born in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture in 1981.
After graduating from university, Ai began her career working in finance, but quit to pursue a future in the culinary world in 2008.
She then studied at Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo, and sharpened her skills at Reims Yanagidate, L’art et la Maniere, and Gordon Ramsay at Conrad Tokyo before opening her own restaurant together with her husband.
